Just arrived back from 10 very pleasant day's R&R in Phnom Penh.
On arrival at the airport realised like many others i had forgoten my passport photo.
Trying to explain this to the line marshall, he just said "no problem stand in line"
On reaching the desk, handed over passport and application form and again said "no photo"
"$2.00 he said". Handed over the money (no reciept) 5 mins later passport back complete with visa.

At the border crossings with Thailand, 100bt is usually levied for having no photo.  But recently at Chong Chom, they refused to accept scanned photos taken from the passport, and pretended to take photos on a digital camera for which they charged  100bt.  slapfight

You could probably get 8 photos for $2 in Prakhonchai  ::)

Add on the cost of getting to Prakhhonchai, and $2 at the airport was probably cheaper!  smilenod
