  Has anyone seen the Burirambuilders.com website up and running, and most important...has anyone on here used their services.  Any reccomendations for building contractor for single level block home building?  In no rush, just checking options at this point.  Thanks in advance for any responses!

There is a chap who is registered on here as Alan, he owns a building firm and works out of Surin. His company website is http://www.alanthebuilder.com. I have been to meet him at one of his devlopments and his work is the best I have seen in Thailand he is a true professional and pays great attention to detail. He is also a nice and trustworthy bloke and you will get what you pay for with him. After looking at various devlopments and builders in Thailand he is the guy/company i will hire when i build in 2yrs, albeit not in Buriram. Hope this is of some use to you.

Maybe you could PM him and arrange a meet or just ask for advice. He is a very helpful guy and is always willing to give free building advice to anyone and NOT just tout for business.

I do not work for him, but he IS a very good friend of mine so if you have trouble,  PM me your contact details and I will pass them on to him.

This sort of thing is a good example or the forum 'mission statement' of expats helping expats.

Thank you very much, I do appreciate the information.  I will be looking at a couple of years for build time or at least getting started with contracts and the like.  Plan to go back for visit at Buriram November this year or April next, depending on what happens with my work.  Please do forward my contact information:
