Actually a load of bollocks, some customers are too much of a pain in the arse, as for audience targeting Nookie will get on to that as soon as he establishes his marketing department which is planned to start after the establishment of the HR dept, along with occupational health and safety dept. big plans

Good to see his BS department is up and running full time.
