I stayed in the Prasat Resort the other week,400 baht a night,same spec as the above plus free fast Wi-fi

Not just popular with older Thai Gentlemen, but Foreign Gentlemen too, also with their teenage/20 something "daughters". Since most only stay a couple of hours, I suspect  they just need an afternoon nap, whilst the daughters surf the web on their mobiles! 

Were you a similar case, sao baht in Prasat?

The skys the limit for a hotel room. If you only use it for short time thats up to you.

More relevantly is where can short time rooms be had for less than 200bt?

What I was pointing out was at most short time places there are places for a car/truck to be parked however in the photo's of this place that facility is not available.;-)
