Day trip in Buriram & Surrounding Area
Our first stop was at Chong Jom Border in order to make visa.
After that we went to a lake which call "Huay Ta-Gaow Dam" about 9 km. from the border.
This place was built in 1982 by the Japanese government in order to help preventing water floods.

Next place was Phanom Rung about 75 km. from the first place.
Phanom Rung is a Khmer temple complex set on the rim of an extinct volcano at 1,320 feet (400 m) above sea level, in Buriram province in the Isan region of Thailand. It was built in sandstone and laterite in the 10th to 13th centuries. It was a Hindu shrine dedicated to Shiva, and symbolises Mount Kailash, his heavenly dwelling.

Third place was Muang Tam far from Phanom Rung about 7 km.
Muang Tam is primarily in the Khleang and Baphuon styles, which dates its primary phases of construction to the late 10th and early 11th centuries. The primary deity was Shiva, although Vishnu was also worshipped there.

The last place we went through a beautiful country side and get to Huay Me-tha Dam in Ban Kruat District far from the Muang Tam about 18 km.
It is small dam and better to go before 04.00 pm cause after 05.30 the restaurant start to close 'cause there is no electricity.
(The pictures are not so good cause there start to be dark and we finish battery of camera so have to take photos by mobile)
