The land is about 1 rai and 40 x 40 meters. Maybe more, I am not sure about back side but front is 40 meters exact. So there will be minimum 40+40+40+40 = 160 meters of perimeter. The cheapest way is barbed wire I can think of but I have no idea how much they sell a roll of 100m in here. The stone blocks they are using to build homes (cheap ones) will cost more, a lot more (550 baht / m2 or so). Although I thought pressed blocks like made of limestone or something could be more cheap, I have no clue what the prices are.

Can anyone help me?

Actually I`m looking to prevent my terrier dog to jump on the road and prevent other animals to get inside. So perimeter will be maximum 1m high (excluding the part under soil). That inexpensive perimeter (2100 baht per meter) still costs a lot considering 160m (1 rai) perimeter. But thanks anyway.

I just checked land again and its not 1 rai but 2 rai. 320m is perimeter will definately cost something. It seems I stuck to barbed wire option.

You must be strapped, M.
As most simple brick/cement glazed walls aren't really that expensive to contruct.

If you're really looking to budget - try the old rustic tree limb and assorted brush boundary. Ascetic and practical, if prepared correctly.
