Hi
Looking for a skilled roofer faring or Thai.
The recent heavy rain has shown up some leaks in the roof
Around our dormer windows
Before I continue with construction I want to get them sorted
Any professional advice welcome.

Hi
I was a remodeler in the US for 30 years, and have done quite my share of roofing and siding involving dormers.

Where are you located, what kind of roof is now leaking, and what are the dormer's outside wall construction.?

Any possibility of pictures?

Maybe I can help.

Hi Mario
We are located 6km from buriram city in Ban Yang
The dormers are catslide with cement block sides
The problem seems to be the lack of flashing were the catslide
meets the roof near the ridge and that is what we could with
advice on how to do correctly

That's about what I figured.  Is the roof a tile (like Cepac Monier, etc), that can be accessed from the attic area??  If a guy can get in there, remove some tiles, flash like it originally should have been, maybe can solve the problem

Many sites are available online from roofing companies showing proper flashing. The problem now, with the cement block sidewalls, is getting it  properly flashed where the wall meets the roof.

Hope I am understanding your problem correctly. Can you get a picture of the area in question?

Hi Mario

The cement sides are ok and no water getting in there
The gullys were  fibberglassed before cement.
The roof is fully accessible from inside and is cepack
I will try to get some photos for you
Do you have an email I can send to?
