Hi All,

My girl lives in a small village about 30 minutes out of Non Din Daeng. I will be visiting again (3rd time) in a few weeks time.  This time I'm bringing some more supplies with me.

They collect water in many large cup like tanks off the various levels of the roof when it rains, however getting the water out of those units has proven to be difficult in the past. They also don't have water under pressure in the town, so I figured I'd bring along a pump with a pressure/check valve, some fittings/pipework and hook it all up while I'm there. The pump et al I have already packed and ready for transit.

Taking ag' pipe/tube with me is going to prove difficult (I'm sure the airlines would ask a few questions! ) so what I'm wondering is if any of you in your travels/house builds etc have seen a place in that area that stocks 1" BSP male/female/flare style fittings and presumable pcv/plastic tube/pipe to go with it? I've been through a few of the places before but never really paid much attention for those particular items (though I'm sure they can be found somewhere there...). I don't want to look too stupid turning up with a pump that we can't make work properly

Pumps ,pipe and everything you need to set up a some sort of water system is available locally ..I'm sure you don't want to be carrying pumps with you in your luggage
