For the second time in a week I agree with Den Buut.   
I know I am generalising, but I have found that a lot of the businesses in Buriram are Chinese (or SinoThai) owned.  They seem to own the businesses but I have been told that for some reason they usually mortgage their homes (eventhough some don't need to) and lease their cars rather than buy them outright.  I have always wondered if there is something they know that we don't on those fronts.
