Pattaya Immigration arrest English man accused of producing and selling sex toys

PATTAYA: -- A British man accused of the sale and production of pornographic material and sex toys has been arrested by Pattaya Immigration Officers.

Officers conducted a raid of the Boutique Sexy Store located on Pattaya Third Road on Tuesday Afternoon and detained Mr. Ian Keith Hoskin aged 61 from England, the reported owner of the business. Previously an undercover foreign Immigration Volunteer purchased items from the shop which are deemed illegal here in Thailand and this provided Immigration Officers with enough evidence to conduct the raid.

North Pattaya Adult Shop raided by Region 2 Police

           

       A shop selling items commonly used as sexual stimulants has been  raided by Police and shut down, for the second time.

The Pattaya House  of Condoms is located on the second floor of the Central Center Pattaya,  known to many as Big C North Pattaya.

Following the recent raid of an  adult shop in Central Pattaya and its storehouse in Naklua, this time it  was the Child and Women Protection Unit, a division of Police Region 2,  who conducted a raid of the North Pattaya shop.

Inside a selection of  imitation penises, sexual stimulants and condoms were seized by Police,  along with Khun Sopawan aged 21, the shop assistant.

Back at the Police  Station it was discovered that the owner of the shop was currently out  on Police Bail pending court proceedings following a previous raid.

The  shop assistant revealed that the items inside the shop had been  purchased from foreign internet sites and their clientele were mostly  foreign men, accompanied by their Thai girlfriends.

Further legal  proceedings relating to the shop are now underway which could mean the  end to Pattaya’s last remaining adult shop.
