Hi my names Matt, im 20 and im a noob when it comes to thailand!!! but cant wait to explore and experience some more
I was in BKK for 3 weeks last year and i am looking into heading to Buriram in the near future, if not buriram somewhere in isaan. Generally to just live and study muay thai. i would greatly appreciate any advice im looking to come over for as long as i last, look into renting a place near a good gym where i can get my head down and train HARD with no or as few as possible distractions. not looking for a tourist gym.

Young Matt is about as far removed, physically, from the likes of Nookie as you can get. Still, sound advice about Nong Ki.

And I sure Starman would want to be ANY shape other than Nookie if he reaches his age !
