The house is look good, can you give us more details such as cost of building this house, size, etc?
Also, I would like to ask if when you take a project to build a house you get the plans of the customer and charging for labours only? (your workers) or do you charge global price per project until completion.
Some projects may have some changes in plan once seeing the house complete in real, how do you cope with this challenge?

I will go through my paperwork, and in the next day or two, Will update you with everything. We are still off for New Year.

We charge a per Sqm charge. Everything is within the contractual agreement, as well as warranty.

We give a full specification list, which can be modified to the customers choice.

We have not come across a finished house, wanting structual changes.

We also can supply plans, or work from your own.
