How to eat Orange?

I found this instruction guide attach to a small pack of oranges from north of Thailand.

*I think they got it all wrong, I never eat orange this way, you always try to get the hands clean as much as possible, in their instruction they guide you how to open the orange in a dirty way before you start to eat it...

I found it funny.. you judge.
