Was there last night. On the positive side: Ambiance is nice, there was a singer who sang western songs. She had a nice voice and a nice style. A bit loud for a restaurant, a bit soft for Speed. Prices were good. Service was good and attentive.
On the negative side: If it is raining, be careful where you step. The parking lot will be slimy muddy. It needs to be stoned. My Thai date slipped on the bridge as we were leaving. She did not fall only because she had her hand on the rail. I had a problem with the food. I had fried oysters. A bit on the greasy side. If I had put a spoonful in my gas tank, I could gave gotten twelve additional kilometers on the open road. I tasted no oysters. The presentation of the food was very well done, however. My date was also a little disappointed in the food.
Of course the place is new and needs to undergo this shakedown cruise.

Ok guys!!  I had to check this thing for you.. 

I just came back from a short tour in the area.

The only place match to the pictures is a place name "TAI TALES", which is a Thai place with Thai owner, talked with him, no signs for a farang owner and it is located really close to the Mosque.

If anyone want to give different details or report let me know.
Definitely not a new farang restaurant but rather a Thai night life restaurant.
