They might have come from Wing Yip which is an oriental food chain in UK that supplies all the catering  business's,

The boss lady goes there occasionally!

No sorry they have no this stuff at Wing Yip!!  these things i always bought from thai isan family they live in manchester i knew them from friend and friend again!! they always go round to sell at  thai festival in uk.  ann1nut
