*Located just behind big-c on the road to "Ban Tararom", pass "Ban tararom" and its about 20 meters upper the road on the left side.

but location is a small problem its not in the center of town and will need motorbike or a car.

nice small bungalows. the Jacuzzi outside is fantastic.

Stayed there for 8 days....Nice little cabins...Pools a little small but gets you wet and good for the kids....Free breakfast...rice soup, fried rice, toast and coffee....The rates say 399 bahts which is a promo until end of Sept. then rates are 450 baht....and rooms with the jacuzzi will be 900 baht....all in all good place.....

I booked my family of six into two rooms (4 kids, aged 8-14)
We confirmed a few days before with the resort that we would arrive on 18th in the evening.
We traveled up through the floods only to arrive by 5pm and be told that our rooms had been sold
to someone else, basically they didn't give a shit!!!!!!
Other customers were discusted with the way we were being treated by reception and could
not be live that Thais would do this to a young family that had booked a weeks stay 1 month in advance.

Sorry to hear it and thank you for sharing your experience there with us, so how and where did you ended up eventually? Another Hotel? Which one?

Also interesting to hear, Have you paid booking deposit prior your arrival?

Siri Resort Manager comment:

everything they say is 50% true. it is right that they've reserved a few day before
but the day they reserve we try to call them many time but it is a bad number and
they never comfirm again after make reservation(just call for reserve 1 time not pay
yet).

they arrived to resort very late . never confirm , no paid booking (normally we will
back customer about 6:00pm for confirm before we make decision to sale to someone
else)/Manager Siri Resort.

We confirmed a few days before with Siri resort that we would arrive on 18th in the evening that was the confirmation!

The booking was made 1 month in advance.

No payment or deposit was asked for at anytime.

In the end we stayed at a very nice resort called Paradise Resort, it is located behind Ploy Resort.
Rooms very clean and staff very children friendly, Very good rates,Standard single room from 550 B,
