How to register/license a motor vehicle, specifically a used pickup truck?

Does anyone have any experience and/or advice on registering a motor vehicle? And also, what are future requirements?

Also, If the pick up was removed from the road for some reason (safety?) you'll have to reapprove and pass the test in the transportation office of Buriram. (just before khao kadong mountain).
