Short list of memories,my last trip.

* Strangest thing eaten= 10yr old egg.
* Scariest moment= Stopping for a late night meal 10pm, We were at the junction where the bypass meets the Satuk road near Ban Yan. Our meal had just been served,when some youths on m/bikes pulled up on the other side of the road. One ran across to the central reservation and threw something at the bar next door,where some other youths were drinking.I thought it was a bomb.Luckily not.Then his mates ran across and started throwing rocks,bottles,and sticks.It was all over in about 90secs and nothing was directed directly at us,but the thought of a bomb sure scared me.
* Funniest= A man on a three wheeler bicycle(trade type) was riding slowly about the village with a megaphone.He was calling for his wife to come home,and asking if anyone had seen her. He was still doing it one and a half hours later.
* Not funny= The mini bus from the bus station, which was supposed to drop us off at the airport.Dropped us off at an intersection on the motorway about 6k away at 3oc in the morning.Bless him.
* Best thing= Being there,roll on June.
