Hi Bums

Being a sad git I decided to go to the airport today to suss out the new Nok Air service.

Well I am a bit confused cos a Thai airways ATR 72 turned up 30 mins late carrying about 12-15 pax and left for Don Mueang carrying about 4-5 pax.

The current schedule, see attached only runs until 05/02/2010 so it remains to be seen what happens after that.

Nok Air might be doing something right.  I just checked flights from Buriram to Bangkok on 18 April, and they are sold out.  WTF?

On their "New Flights" window, they mention "Buriram    1900*"  But I can't find those times.  Anyone have some other information?

Nok Airways offers mobile e-booking
Bangkok Post: 9 May 2010
NOK AIR OFFERS E-BOOKING

Nok Airlines has launched a mobile application allowing customers to check ticket prices, check flight schedules and book their tickets via iPhone and iPad Touch.

The customers can also select seats, view details of bookings and check-in via iPhone, said airline CEO Patee Sarasin. After checking in, an e-boarding pass will show up on the screen and that can be used for boarding the airplane.
