I talked to someone who goes there aswell, he knows the owner very well, he told me it would be around 20000baht a year, for that amount you get a lifetime membership of a good gym in Bankok he told me. The monthly fee now at Pityakom is 1000baht a month, for falang, for Thai it's 600baht. sawadi
Dual Pricing,,,,,,,,,,,,stick it where monkeys stuff thier nuts

Think Internet in Ban Yang charges 15 baht an hour, for every one, including Falang.

I was considering joining this gym in Oct.  However, this is a private business they want to have dual pricing, then they will operate without me.

Wow, I hope that's not correct.  I paid bout that much for a lifetime membership at a first class gym in downtown Honolulu.  The monthly fee was an additional $6, 180 baht.

Hi

Was there looking two days ago. Didn't have much time to talk to them, but as far as I understand there will be a promotion for a time when you pay 450 bath/ training. Than it will be 900 bath/ training. They also have a 1 year membership that will cost 15 000 bath.
Didn't have much time to ask so I can be wrong, and I really hope they will have monthly fees as well.

But the gym looks super. Looking forward to start training at the place.

annual membership is similar to the UK, the monthly is much more expensive. I am surprised as i would have guessed it would be much cheaper.

I thought the fees would be less in Thailand also, however understand this facility with equipment cost over 30 million baht, will take a while to recoup that.

I know of a very extensive and quality gym that is closing down with all equipment for sale, if anyone is interested?

Why are you bothering to post about this when you stated that if there is dual pricing you would not be using the joint?

Because I don't believe everything put on forums.  I use it as a guide, but like to get separate confirmation.

So I went to the gym and did not see blatant evidence of dual pricing, they may have it, but are savvy enough to not to have it posted.

It definitely took a large investment to build this place and it seems to be 1st class for Thailand.
