Drinking no beer for 3 consecutive days each week will result in weight loss and will also seriously reduce your liver function count...
Nearly made 4 this week but an unexpected 'session' last night fcuked that up

Short-term diets are, in my opinion, a waste of time and effort;  you only put back the weight when you stop the diet.  Alcohol is OK in limited quantities, but not beer, which is high on carbohydrates.  But Thailand taxes wine too highly for this to be an acceptable alternative.  The only way to do it is to have a diet plan which you are going to keep to always (OK, the odd day off, but not the odd week!).  I do this;  my only weakness is a bottle of Chang a day (which has raised my weight from 72 to 80 kgs, still not too bad).

(Which is probably a relief to both Isaanbirder and yourself - as you are from somewhat different ends of the sexual spectrum)
