This is in Thai but the "boss" may be able to help:-

http://www.gsb.or.th/contact/branches/index.php#1

I have a mental picture of a GSB ATM in Big C (straight ahead after main entrance).

Extract from Prakhonchai nick's post on another forum:-

In Buriram BIG C 2 weeks ago, both Aeon and GSB refused me money. I reluctantly tried the K bank ATM which would accept my card but politely informed me that they only had 500bt notes (therefore max 10,000bt for my 150bt fee) Across the way I had exactly the same result from SCB. Eventually it was Bangkok Bank ATM that was able to dispense 15000bt

If you get lost there GSB branches in Prakhon Chai at the bus station and on the Nang Rong road 200 metres on the left from the traffic lights just past the Yamaha shop.

Although I know TMWG is far away right now, I wonder if Buriram has ATM's that DON'T charge the 150b fee?
I use the 'yellow' ATM's from the Bank of Ayuteya (Sorry, spellink) here in Surin and never get charged.

Be interested to hear if any ATM's in Buriram are not charging?

Officially, only GSB.  However, anecdotal evidence suggests that Bank of Ayudhya are an anomoly in that they seem to give a warning about that charge but not actually take it  :)

I am PERSONALLY not certain but there is plenty of evidence on another forum that this happens. I shall give it a try when I am back in a couple of weeks.

I am PERSONALLY 100% certain, as I have been using Bank of Ayudhya to source my UK Pension for the last 2 months. That is when I was told about it by a fellow member of another local forum here in Surin.
Other banks used to have a warning message, but I believe they too are all now charging.

I do not work for them or get commission(unfortunetly). I am just passing on facts as I see them.
