I asked once before what it would cost to build a house like the one Pinto commented on?  So if it's not a personal question what would it cost to build and if it was built in Buriram would it be cheaper?  Is the cost of labour cheaper in Buriram than where the house was build?

As he uses his own teams of builders, I assume location would not make a difference as much as difference in material costs (if any).

Hello tony. The house cost 4.7mil Baht, but the client decided to have a hard wood floor upstairs and upgrade the roof tiles, water tank & pump, couple more extras, was looking around 5mil. All my labourers are from Surin.

It would probably cost around 70,000baht cheaper in Buriram.

Thanks for the reply.  My boss lady likes the house and although we have a house already in Buriram, her sister lives in it and I can see when retirement comes I may have to build another house.
