TELEPHONE BANKING
«

I have a Kasikorn Bank e - banking account. I have tried to arrange a transfer from this account over the telephone but am told that I must first register at my branch.
The Branch tell me that I cannot make a transfer over the telephone, to a 3rd party. All that can be done (by arrangement) is to transfer from a savings account to a current account in the same name and at the same branch.
I find this hard to believe but they insist this is the case.
Does anyone have any further info please
Further I cannot open an internet account since my account is in the joint names of my wife and myself. I must apparently remove my wife from the account, then apply and once the internet account is set up, put my wife back on again.
UNBELIEVABLE!!

I had an account in "Siam commercial bank" on the internet and while I was away I could send another account money from the website.
BUT , you have to be the only account holder.
In my case I made it in Pattaya where the stuff are much more helpfull and have knowledge and experience and of course good english to give me the correct info.
Try again, if not, SCB is the right choice for you, check it out with them.
Hope I helped ...
