Exercise
« on: November 18, 2020, 05:36:29 PM »
I saw Mod posted about Romburi Park in the shout box.

I quite like to walk in the mornings. Usually I would head out to the stadium but last few days have walked around the lakes in town. There is a lot of activity, even as early as six thirty. It's quite nice there and early morning there is not much traffic. It's particularly nice at this time of year as the temperature is dropping.

In our village there are some nice country walks but a few stray dogs often give a bit of bother. Also the village square has some exercise equipment.

I am told that Romburi Park is a hive of activity in the evenings too but traffic is a bit heavier.

Anyone else get the urge to get out and do a bit of exercise? It kind of works as a compromise to my body with the slightly unhealthy food I sometimes eat and the few beers each evening.
