Finding property line markers
« on: August 19, 2020, 04:03:07 PM »
Good experience today at the land office. The front of our property is not a straight line and I wanted to be sure where the markers are before doing more landscaping. We asked father in law where one of the most important ones was. It wasn?t there. Well I already poured the driveway and based on where the old fence was I believed he was correct. Not to be. After a lot of digging and reviewing the Chanote which has no measurements on it, my wife decided to go to the land office to see if they could help. Sure enough a few minutes later all the measurements were written on a copy of the Chanote. Since we did find a couple of the markers we were then able to measure and find the rest. Saved a few thousand baht rather than waiting months for them to come out and do it.
