A very preliminary question.

My Wife has a small property in a village in Ron Thong, Satuek. Her neighbours land is an L shaped block, on the left and rear of my Wife's property. My Wife would like to make an offer for the land at the rear, but unsure what a fair price would be. Details of the land at rear;

Approx 750 square metres.
Uncleared
No water
No electricity
No access

I know there will be the normal multitude of red tape and involving a subdivision and transfer probably a lot more than normal. This is why I am only after a figure that would be a fair offer.
