Looking For Long Term House Rental.

All,
I?m looking for a house to rent. Requirements are:-

In or within a 5 km radius of Buriram City. Satuk/Airport side would be a preference.
Remote or gap between adjacent properties is a preference.
Fenced / walled a priority.
Minimum 2 bedrooms. Decent sized living accommodation.
Light renovation would be OK subject to agreement and rent adjustment with owner. I?m proficient and like a project.

NB. I have dogs. They are well behaved and trained. They do not go in the house. I clean up after them daily. But of course they bark and guard ...so don?t want to be in an estate where possible issues may arise  with neighbors.

House must have sufficient land/garden around property for dogs to exercise.

All. Please advise of anything that you think may be suitable or ask more questions of it?s a maybe.

I will be a reliable and trustworthy tenant and can pretty much guarantee that any property I live in will be in a better condition on my departure.

My neighbour is looking to rent his house quite soon.  It is in Ban Yang but close to Western University. The house is recently built on about one ngarn and has full wall around.  Not sure how to send a pm on this site but if you can send to me I'll give you contact details (Englishman).
