House sign

I live in a village in Ban Kham, Ron Thong, Satuek. Can anyone tell me where I can get a replacement house identification sign. All of those I have seen are identical in size and style, so I am thinking they are issued, rather than self made. Thanks in advance.

House identification blue coloured address signs are issued by your local government Amphur.
