I am moving from Bangkok to a village in Ron Thong, Satuk soon and wonder if I can expect a mail delivery, or will I need to collect mail from a Post Office?

Who's know if it will be delivered  

If I have something sent EMS ( recorded delivery ) it always gets here but according to True ,My Bank and other non registered mail that people have said they have sent me , it very seldom arrives . 

True ( my ISP ) say they send me a bill every month but in 2 years I have only ever seen 2 .

Even with EMS , on their Parcel Tracking Web site it will often say "Out on Delivery '.........and then 'Licensed Post Office' which mean the postman has it in his bag and maybe out on the piss . 
 
As I know him I just go to his house in the Evening and pick my recorded delivery item up if he dont show !!

I'm not convinced IPSs send bills out. In the 2 years I was with True I probably received 2 bills. We have been with 3BB for over 4 years now and I can't remember the last time we received a bill.

I used to get one every month from TOT and then I changed over to True. I just used the same bill each month so either TESCO or 7/11 can scan the old bill and I tell them how much I want to pay , there used to be a True Internet cafe in town with a machine to pay but the cafe closed down .
Anyway whist my wife was cleaning she threw my old bill away ,  so I phoned True and explained about the billing and asked them how do I pay without a bill . The said they send me one every month and emailed me the latest bill .So I put it on a USB stick and went down to the local Internet shop ( as I dont have a printer ) and had it printed up. I now keep the bill on my PC ( in PDF format ) incase the wife throws out my bill again .

But True did comfirm to me over the phone they do send one each month

I seem to receive most of my post  (EMS, registered or tamada)-even the regular coupons kindly sent to me by Tesco-Lotus
