Conned at Ford Buriram
« on: July 15, 2019, 12:36:15 AM »
Last week my tgf took our truck for its 18 month service at Ford hitec in Buriram. When they finished the service they told her that she had to pay an additional 4000 baht on top of the service for new brakes. The vehicle has only travelled 15,000 km from new,no way was there anything wrong or worn with the brakes at all. Also they did not show her the parts they had supposedly replaced .
Unfortunately I was away working at the time.had I been there I don't think they would have tried to scam me but a lady alone is an easy target for them
Won't be going there again,

Recommend you complain to Ford Motor Thailand:

https://www.ford.co.th/en/contact-us/

I once contacted them and they called me.
