Best way to deal with currency for a trip to UK
« on: June 22, 2019, 05:38:02 PM »
Hi guys,

I have a few quick questions about currency I hope you can help with for a possible trip to UK as it has been a while...

1. Would you recommend I exchange THB to GBP here prior to leaving or there once I arrive?
2. How easy is it to exchange THB to GBP once there? Just walk into a bank and exchange it? Will all banks accept it OK?
3. Would it be possible to use my BKK ATM card in UK and just withdraw on the fly at the exchange rate at the time?
4. Is it even possible to use a BKK bank ATM card in UK?

Cheers for any help!
